Despite Bleak Media-Hype

Homes are being sold everyday, DESPITE the bleak media-hype. If you listen to the radio or read the papers, you will hear/see doom and dire warnings: Don't do anything until 2008.

Waiting until 2008? That's a good idea- I extrapolate this to another wait-until-then scenario.

I'm waiting until 2008 to eat. I should lose a considerable amount of weight between now and then.
